Our client, one of the largest listed companies in Hong Kong, is renowned for its cutting-edge technologies and customer-centric approach in providing day-to-day services to society. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO to join they dynamic team and drive the success of IT initiatives. This is an initial 12-month contract position with the possibility of renewal.
Key Contributions:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT/AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for AI projects.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather insights and align on project objectives.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for AI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and ethical AI principles.
- Monitor compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee the development and implementation of AI model governance, including bias mitigation, transparency, and explainability.
Core Expectations:
- Bachelor degree in in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or PMO duties.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies, data pipelines, or software development lifecycles.
- Able to work independently, self-driven and eager to learn
- Proactive, good organization skills and strong teamwork mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize
- Strong command in both English and Cantonese
