Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and confirm execution of daily trades across multiple asset classes, with a focus on listed and OTC derivatives (e.g. options, futures, swaps)
  • Liaise with counterparties, brokers, and custodians to resolve trade breaks and settlement issues Maintain and reconcile trade blotters, P&L reports, and position data
  • Support portfolio managers with trade bookings, allocations, and strategy implementation
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliation between internal systems and prime brokers/fund admins
  • Assist in corporate actions processing and collateral management as needed Maintain internal trading and reporting tools in collaboration with technology vendors or in-house IT
  • Contribute to improving operational workflows and risk controls in a growing fund environment

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline 3–5 years of relevant experience in trade support, middle office, or operations within a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank
  • Solid understanding of derivatives products and lifecycle (listed and OTC)
  • Familiarity with trade booking systems, OMS/PMS (e.g., Bloomberg AIM, Enfusion, Eze), and reconciliation platforms Strong Excel skills; VBA or Python is a plus but not required
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a flat, unstructured environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
