Overview
An international corporate bank is seeking to hire a Head of Cash Management Product Manager, Transaction Banking to be responsible for the leading the Product Management and Implementation cash management team for Transaction Banking department.
Role Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the Cash Management product P&L and business drivers such as transaction volumes, revenue/cost ratios, funding cost etc) to achieve product profitability and growth
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential product enhancement needs.
- Helps strengthen Local Settlement service and Cross-border Cash Management Service in the region
- To drive and formulate strategies for long term cash product management
- To lead and manage cash product team, and work with internal stakeholders in the region and with head office to develop and enhance our transaction banking cash products (including payment, collection, liquidity management, channel and bank alliance) to satisfy clients' needs
- To manage client support administration of cash management products implementation to the clients
- Create product awareness and conduct training programs for sales and customer support.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in cash product management and experience of implementation of cash product for large corporate
- Proven expertise and experience in transaction banking including liquidity management, account service, payment, collection, e-Channels and bank partnership
- In-depth knowledge of local/cross-border payments and market standards
- Knowledge on FPS, ISO20022 and market standards will be an advantage.
- Exposure to online banking, API and Host-to-Host will be a plus.
- A highly motivated self starter with strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and organization skill.
- Strong Academics from a reputable University
- A team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills with good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
