Our client is a well-established Multi-Family Office with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.
Develop business plans and define market strategies, taking the lead in active acquisition and management of HNW clients and driving sustainable, profitable growth. Provide market insights, identify business opportunities, and take the lead in leveraging the resources to deliver bespoke services and creative solutions to clients. Report directly to management and collaborate with other senior stakeholders, the investment and support teams, business partners, and product/service teams to ensure the delivery of business strategy. Understand clients and their associates backgrounds, and drive the Know Your Customer due diligence as a first line of defense to meet related compliance and internal requirements.
To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management within private banking/ wealth management space and/or for those with core relationships with HNW. Solid track record in asset development, asset growth, asset management and revenue generation. Ability to develop and execute a strategic business plan with a clear growth vision. Extensive market connections and deep understanding of the market landscape. Excellent client servicing and problem-solving mentality.
