Job Descriptions: - Be a resource for various departments by providing reports and analysis
- Help prepare the MR package and upload it to the central system
- Share corporate and broker information, ensuring alignment with the MR
- Create daily production dashboards and track performance
- Prepare a quarterly MR document to gather feedback other internal sub-teams
- Track expenses for each business unit and ensure approvals are in place
- Provide monthly reports to compare expenses with the budget
- Monitor the headcount list in collaboration with Finance and HR
- Create, maintain Power BI dashboards and improve processes and systems
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, insurance, or related field.
- CPA or similar qualification preferred with at least 4.5 years of experience; insurance experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerBI.
- Able to transform large scale data sets and multi-task.
- Comfortable working independently.
