Responsibilities:
Manage the RM team in Hong Kong, leading the team to achieve various performance goals set by the company;
Participate in supporting team building, mentoring new members, and daily team management, including but not limited to performance tracking, organizing regular meetings, and planning events;
Monitor team business status, provide business guidance, accompany RMs on client visits, and coordinate resources;
Regularly report team business progress and direction, and communicate strategic guidance to the team.
Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in the Hong Kong financial industry, with at least 5 years of experience managing wealth management teams;
Extensive practical experience in the Hong Kong wealth management industry, with knowledge of industry dynamics and key points of collaboration with different types of institutions;
Understand the asset allocation needs and characteristics of high-net-worth Chinese clients and be able to develop targeted marketing strategies;
Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication; Cantonese is a plus.
