IBD Associate - VP, TMT sector

Job responsibilities:

• Execute a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, with a particular focus on IPOs and related transactions, other finance advisory transactions;
• Conduct company/industry research (i.e. evaluate comparable companies financial performance/industry and market trends, etc.);
• Assist in potential deal pitching, including preparing pitch books, business proposals, market research and valuation analysis;
• Responsible for organizing and analysing sophisticated financial data and building complex financial models for valuation purpose;
• Support senior team members daily work;
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business, finance, accounting, legal or related discipline;
• Qualified to be registered as licensed representative in RA 1 and RA6 under SFC;
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in TMT and related sectors within the investment banking industry
• Experience in IPOs and related transactions
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Putonghua;
• Familiar with database used in TMT industry research
