Position Overview: My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various departments, including
IT, Audit, and Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the banking industry and the ability to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for IT, Audit, and Operations roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in China.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
