Key Responsibilities
- Test Case Design Maestro: Leverage your expertise to craft comprehensive and efficient test cases, meticulously aligning them with system requirements and business specifications. Your designs will be the blueprint for ensuring the reliability of our banking systems.
- Test Case Execution Expert: Dive deep into executing test cases, rigorously validating every aspect of our banking systems' functionality. Your attention to detail will guarantee that no stone is left unturned.
- Testing Management Pro: Take charge of defect management. Raise issues promptly, track them through dedicated systems, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure swift resolutions. Your proactive approach will keep projects on track.
- Escalation Specialist: Identify critical issues with a keen eye and escalate them in a timely and appropriate manner. Your ability to handle high - pressure situations will minimize project delays and safeguard our operations.
- Status Management Guru: Regularly monitor and manage project and test status. Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates, highlight risks, and ensure that progress is steadily tracked.
Required Skills
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing. Your multilingual skills will enable seamless communication across diverse teams and clients.
