Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across business units
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks
  • Conduct risk assessments for key projects, operations, and investments
  • Collaborate with business units to enhance risk awareness and mitigation measures
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant risk standards
  • Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and Board Committees
  • Assist in fraud investigations, and the development and review of risk policies and procedures
  • Occasional travel to China

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Professional certification (e.g., CRM, FRM, CPA, CIA) is an advantage
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit or risk experience in sizeable or listed companies
  • Big 4 expeirence is an advantage
  • Experience in Mainland China is preferred, with hands-on experience with risk assessment methodologies and compliance reviews
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
