Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training resources and manage the workflows of various training programs to ensure the Group's training activities are carried out in an orderly manner.
  • Organize and implement group-wide training initiatives, and establish effective evaluation mechanisms and methodologies.
  • Formulate and enforce group-wide requirements, policies, and annual budgets related to training activities.
  • Assist superiors in comprehensive management of internal affairs, such as coordinating general administration, paperwork and proper documentation.
  • Identify and control potential/existing risks, report them promptly to superiors and relevant units, and formulate corrective measures and follow-up actions as needed based on the situation.
  • Monitor and review the progress of various projects regularly, allocate resources effectively, and formulate follow-up measures.
  • Co-operated with other Divisions of Human Resources Department and Business Units to create an environment conducive to training and development activities.
  • Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, psychology, public relations, communications disciplines preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, proposal and report writing capability.
  • Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure, work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, candidates with mastery of Photoshop and other graphic editing software preferred.
