Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of insurance digital distribution projects, including POS and Agency Portal solutions.
- Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and oversee progress while addressing risks and issues effectively.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring precise and clear communication across all levels.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in insurance digital distribution projects.
- Prior exposure to POS systems, Agency Portals, or similar applications.
- Strong ability to focus on details, ensuring precision in delivery and execution.
