Mission: Lead the strategic vision and execution of AI and data-driven innovation to accelerate business growth, transform customer experiences, and secure our competitive advantage in the digital landscape.
Responsibility :
Vision & Strategy:
- Develop and champion a forward-looking digital innovation strategy centered on AI and data analytics to unlock new growth opportunities and drive business transformation.
- Continuously identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI/data innovation opportunities, anticipating market trends and emerging technologies.
- Define and implement a robust enterprise data strategy enabling data-driven decision-making and fueling innovation pipelines.
Product & Solution Leadership:
- Lead the digital innovation team in designing, developing, and launching cutting-edge AI and data-powered digital products, services, and solutions that deliver exceptional customer value and measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee the entire digital product lifecycle, integrating market insights, technical feasibility, and customer-centric design principles.
Collaboration & Influence:
- Partner strategically with business unit leaders, IT, Product Management, and other key stakeholders to align innovation initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with external partners, technology vendors, and research communities to stay at the forefront of AI/data advancements.
Team & Culture:
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital innovation team, fostering a culture of creativity, calculated risk-taking, continuous learning, and experimentation.
- Champion an organization-wide culture of innovation and data literacy.
Governance & Operations:
- Own the digital innovation budget, strategically allocating resources for maximum impact and demonstrable return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure all innovation initiatives adhere to the company's risk management, compliance, security, and ethical AI frameworks.
Requirements :
- Proven Leader: 10+ years of progressive experience in digital innovation, AI strategy, data science, or technology transformation, including significant leadership roles.
- Strategic Driver: Demonstrable track record of successfully conceiving, leading, and delivering complex AI and data-driven innovation initiatives that resulted in tangible business growth or transformation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern AI technologies (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI) and data ecosystems (e.g., analytics platforms, cloud data infrastructure).
- Execution Expert: Proven ability to lead the end-to-end digital product/solution lifecycle, balancing technical depth, market viability, and user experience.
- Influential Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at articulating complex technical concepts and strategic visions to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
