Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and others as needed.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective HCM solutions tailored to the retail sector.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications to align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Offer expert guidance on HCM processes, recommending enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Support change management initiatives by preparing documentation and providing ongoing support post-implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Oracle Cloud HCM.
- At least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud in any of the functional modules: Core HR, ORC, Absence, Performance, or Learning.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices, particularly within a retail environment.
- Experience with BI/OTBI reports, HCM extracts, Fast Formula, and HDL/HSDL.
- Comfortable with process flows and functional flows in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Expert in understanding business requirements and using standard Oracle solution documentation templates.
- Familiar with Oracle HCM Cloud technical tools, including Component Processor, HCM Design Studio, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, and Workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to document and explain solutions clearly and effectively.
