About the role
Reporting to the IT Director, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and commercial success of our IT-integrated robotic solutions specifically designed for the construction sector. This role demands a unique blend of technical understanding in IT, AI, and robotics, coupled with a deep knowledge of the construction industry's needs and challenges. The manager will drive market penetration by developing compelling value propositions, fostering strategic partnerships, and enabling sales teams to accelerate the adoption of our innovative automation solutions across commercial building projects. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial construction sector, engaging with main local and overseas technology vendor to create an innovative ecosystem. Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product-market fit and ensure seamless product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product commercialization, business development, or sales leadership, with a significant focus on IT, robotics, or automation solutions
- Proven experience working within or closely with the construction industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of its processes, challenges, and technological needs
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction robotics, AI, machine learning, and their application in improving construction efficiency and safety
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for complex technological products in a niche industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good commands in Chinese
