Equity Sales/ Institutional Sales - VP level

Responsibilities:

• Deepen relationships with existing institutional clients and also develop new business opportunities with further expanding client strategically
• Source and originate business opportunities on equity products to achieve the sales target
• Actively participating in the secondary market, and engage in new issue placement, IPO underwriting
• Closely liaising with research and trading team to provide products & services to clients and feedback with market insight
• Handle institutional clients due diligence, onboarding and other KYC requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of equity institutional sales experience in the financial industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Self-driven, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with SFC rules and regulations in relation to company business
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is necessary, Chinese writing skill preferred
