About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven C# Developer to join the Futures & Options team at a leading global quantitative trading firm. In this role, you will play a key part in the analysis, design, and development of business-critical trading systems. You'll collaborate closely with Traders, Quantitative Analysts, and Technologists to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions that support trading operations across global markets.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end systems for trading and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions through the full software development lifecycle.
- Optimize system performance and stability to handle large-scale data processing.
- Contribute to the architecture and implementation of microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Partner with Traders and Quants to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven track record in developing business-critical systems, ideally in trading, risk, or quantitative environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in C#, with deep knowledge of object-oriented design, multi-threading, profiling, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Microservices and Cloud Technologies, such as:
- Azure Service Fabric, Microsoft Orleans
- Envoy Proxy, gRPC, Protobuf
- Docker, Kubernetes, Octopus Deploy
- React JS, ELK Stack
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with trading systems, derivatives, risk, pricing, and Greeks is highly desirable.
