What this role requires: Significant experience of corporate finance from within an investment banking environment Relevant licences to act as Responsible Officer and Signing Principal Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Currently based in Hong Kong.

Salary: HK$1500k - HK$2000k

Role:

 

  • Oversee and execute corporate finance transactions including IPOs and M&A.
  • Lead due diligence, business reviews, financial and legal analyses on deals and transactions.
  • Maintain currency with all relevant market rules and regulations that pertain to corporate finance.
  • Serve on the Responsible Officer Approval Committee.
  • Provide guidance and give feedback to banking team(s) as appropriate.
  • Work with Legal and to ensure adherence to all relevant rules and regulations, collaborate with regulatory authorities and audit partners as appropriate.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 10+ years experience in investment banking / corporate finance
  • Degree holder in Finance or related discipline(s);
  • Demonstrable experience of executing IPOs, M&A deals and other relevant transactions in Hong Kong.
  • Experience as a Signing Principal across completed deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hong Kongs regulatory and governance rules and requirements.
  • Licence holder for all relevant securities advisory activities.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandrin
