Responsibilities
Operation Monitoring
- Oversee daily operations for the Corporate Solutions business, ensuring compliance with all internal and external benchmarks and guidelines.
- Optimize resource allocation to drive maximum effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Monitor outsourcing service performance and productivity; liaise with vendors to uphold established service-level agreements.
- Conduct regular service-level evaluations to confirm alignment with business expectations.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, thoroughly documenting processes in Internal Control Reports.
- Manage the Quality Control cycle, partnering with vendors to identify and resolve discrepancies in digitized documentation.
Project and New Process Coordination
- Partner with Corporate Solutions to interpret and implement emerging regulatory requirements from oversight bodies and auditors, ensuring vendors achieve timely compliance.
- Lead feasibility studies for proposed system enhancements, delivering strategic recommendations and actionable improvement plans.
- Oversee the rollout of enhancements, verifying successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with IT to capture detailed user requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and drive comprehensive business process improvement initiatives.
Process Optimization & Support Services Management
- Conduct deep-dive workflow analyses across departments to uncover modernization opportunities—leveraging digital tools and automation to streamline operations and boost service quality.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and removing process bottlenecks, simplifying handoffs, and institutionalizing best practices for peak efficiency.
- Lead the rollout of business process improvement initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
