Senior Solution Analyst - Procurement (Oracle Fusion)

Job Duties

• Support the Solution Lead in facilitating collaboration among Functional teams, the System Integrator (SI) and technical teams to achieve targeted business outcomes
• Develop and maintain user stories that advance solution delivery
• Elicit, analyse and incorporate functional, business and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable user stories
• Define and document the scope of business requirements for the new solution; translate these into detailed functional and technical specifications and documentation
• Validate that requirements accurately reflect real business needs and secure formal approvals from all relevant stakeholders
• Partner with Functional teams and the SI to design end-to-end business processes and requirements for an out-of-the-box solution
• Identify and manage interdependencies among business processes and associated user stories to ensure seamless integration
• Collaborate with Functional teams and the SI to mitigate risks and lead key phases of solution design, development, testing, training, UAT, data migration and cut-over activities

Qualifications

• 4–6 years professional experience as an IT or systems (or equivalent role)
• Deep domain expertise in Source-to-Settle processes, Supply Chain Management & Collaboration, Replenishment Planning, Self-Service, Inventory Management and Supplier Qualification
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP/digital/IT implementations in cloud environments
• Demonstrated ability to partner across cross-functional workstreams and drive end-to-end solution delivery
