Private Equity Business - Investor Relationship

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with teams (especially our PE team) and service providers to handle clients requests, respond to, and satisfy customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
2. Maintain current distribution channels and existing investors for investment products managed by CMBIAM;
3. Manage all aspects of sales life cycle, coordinate client meetings, roadshows, initiate sales activities, prepare meeting materials, assist client onboarding, etc;
4. Identify business opportunities, collect market intelligence;
5. Provide support for regular administrative work of the department. 

Job Requirements:

1. Preference for candidates with experience leading fundraising for a USD fund, or experience introducing key strategic investors;
2. Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
3. 2-6 years relevant work experience in client service, financial services, or banking industries;
4. Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills;
5. Understanding of private equity funds and other types of alternative investment funds is preferred;
6. Able to adapt to fast changing environment, organized and detailed-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealings with investors and team;
7. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
8. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese would be valuable.
