About the Role:
Join our digital transformation project team as a Senior SEO Specialist supporting clients in becoming more customer-centric. You'll leverage your 6-7 years of SEO expertise to build AI capabilities while helping clients transform their digital marketing with CX/UX focus. Work alongside strategists, creatives, and other specialists to drive growth through SEO innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SEO strategies: Collaborate with digital strategists to define AI-powered SEO initiatives that drive growth and enhance customer experience
- Implement AI solutions: Leverage and build AI capabilities for content optimization, keyword research, and performance analysis
- Optimize customer journeys: Develop SEO frameworks that improve CX/UX across all digital touchpoints
- Conduct technical SEO: Perform site audits, resolve technical issues, and implement SEO best practices
- Analyze and report: Track SEO performance using AI-enhanced tools, prepare client reports with actionable insights
- Manage campaigns: Oversee SEO execution across channels while integrating with broader marketing initiatives
- Lead capability-building: Train client teams on AI-powered SEO tools and methodologies
- Manage stakeholders: Collect requirements, propose solutions, and present results to clients
- Mentor teams: Guide junior specialists in delivering client value through SEO innovation
Qualifications
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree with 6 7 years agency or digital transformation experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful SEO strategies
AI implementation expertise
- Hands on experience with AI tools for SEO content generation, predictive analytics, automation
- Strong technical SEO skills site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data
- Proficiency with analytics tools GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs and AI platforms
- Exceptional client management and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with problem solving capabilities
- Knowledge of CX UX principles and customer journey mapping
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with omnichannel campaigns content, social, email
- Certifications in SEO AI technologies
- Understanding of generative AI s impact on search
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
