Role Summary:
The Investment Analyst/Associate will play a key role in supporting the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and monitoring of private equity investments. This position offers exposure to high-profile transactions and portfolio management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research to identify potential investment opportunities
- Build complex financial models including LBO and DCF analyses
- Support due diligence processes, including coordination with external advisors and consultants
- Prepare investment committee materials and present findings and recommendations
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in value creation initiatives
- Engage with senior management teams, external stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or principal investing
- Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a high-pressure environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Cantonese/Mandarin
- Team-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Bachelors degree from a top-tier institution; MBA/CFA is a plus
