About the Role

Reporting to the department head, you will develop and execute the organization's construction technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence. Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies, including Industry 4.0, robotics, AI, IoT, and digital twins to enhance productivity, safety, and quality. You will also serve as a bridge between technical teams and executive management, translating business needs into innovative IT solutions. Drive research, piloting, and adoption of new digital tools, including drones, smart PPE, automation equipment, and digital twin infrastructure. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice adoption across IT and construction operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the construction or engineering industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies, robotics, AI/ML, and IoT solutions for construction
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation projects and integrating advanced technologies into construction environments
  • Strong project management skills in Agile, PMP, or similar certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Deep knowledge of construction-specific software (BIM, ERP, project management, automation platforms
  • Experience managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams
  • Good command in English and Chinese
