Your New Company Our client is one of the largest commercial banks with offices across the APAC region.
Your New Role - Perform office operations such as procurement and invoicing
- Assist the manager in planning and preparing day-to-day non facilities operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and account managers to monitor business development activities and oversee mail room operations
- Contribute to other admin as assigned
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
What You'll Need to Succeed - F5 or above
- 5+ years of OA/ OM/ Admin working experience
- Good command of Chinese and English
