Position Overview We are seeking skilled Business Analysts to join a dynamic team for multi-year projects within the insurance sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving efficiency and enhancing the overall performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these into functional specifications for technology teams.
Process Improvement: Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including planning, tracking progress, and reporting on project status. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and system specifications. Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT efforts by developing test cases, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring that solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
