Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily portfolio management activities, including investment research and portfolio management of money market funds and segregated mandates
  2. Developing trading relationship with banks and clients
  3. Assist in product development and business development

Knowledge:

  1. Knowledge of fixed income / money market trading, interest rate risk management, cross currency instrument usage and liquidity management
  2. Knowledge of or prior experience in ETF a plus
  3. Experience in trading rates, IG bonds and interest rate/ FX derivatives
  4. Familiar with dealing in compliance with SFC / HKMA regulations

Skills and Capabilities:

  1. Trading fixed income instruments
  2. Solid technical background
  3. Good understanding of economics and investment principles
  4. Good communicator and a self-starter with team work spirit

Qualifications:

  1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values
  2. Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or finance is preferred
  3. At least 4years relevant experience
  4. Prior experience in managing relevant mutual funds preferred
  5. Prior experience in bank/financial institution treasury department a plus
