- A Retail Bank is recruiting for a Team Head of Social Media and Young Target Marketing, this role is pivotal in connecting with the next generation of customers, Gen Z and millennials through vibrant brand storytelling, digital-first campaigns, and meaningful social engagement.
Your new role
- Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that engage younger audiences, strengthen brand connection, and deliver on key business objectives.
- Launch captivating campaigns and immersive experiences that resonate emotionally and culturally with our target demographic-across physical and digital spaces.
- Spearhead localised content strategies, influencer partnerships, and community-building efforts across key platforms like Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and WeChat.
- Work closely with product, digital, analytics, and compliance teams to ensure timely, relevant, and compliant marketing rollouts.
- Measure and fine-tune marketing initiatives using KPIs, campaign analytics, and customer insights.
- Inspire, lead, and grow a passionate team of 5 marketers.
What you'll need to succeed
- A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' marketing experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in retail banking or consumer marketing.
- Strong expertise in brand development, digital acquisition, and youth-oriented event marketing.
- In-depth understanding of Hong Kong's digital media trends and youth culture.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, team leadership, and project delivery skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
