About the Role:
• You will operate at the Group level, partnering with the Head of HR on policy areas, reward design and analysis, and the implementation of other reward-related initiatives.
• Analyse market surveys and best practices to enhance talent attraction and retention.
• Prepare and oversee the HR budget, providing analytic for decision-making.
• Advise on C&B policies, review and enhance processes for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the parent company's HR and work with HR teams of subsidiaries on regular and ad-hoc reporting, as well as the implementation of group initiatives.
• Deliver HR analytic, reports, and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 -15+ years of experience, preferably gained from sizeable organisations. Candidates with experience operating at the Group level or within Chinese companies will have an added advantage.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in managing total rewards, possess strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
• Highly proficient in data analysis tools; strong Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
• More experienced candidates will be considered for more senior positions
