Private Assets Business Analyst

Our client is a global financial institution, seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Private Assets Business Analyst to support a strategic transition project. This role will focus on the migration of their Private Assets reporting platform from iLevel to eFront and Aladdin, with a critical emphasis on data integrity, system configuration, and end-user reporting.

As a Private Assets Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:-

  • Contribute to the end-to-end data migration process from iLevel to eFront/Aladdin

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support system configuration and reporting customization

  • Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

  • Assist with development and testing of Power BI dashboards

  • Provide ongoing support during the system transition phase, ensuring accuracy in Private Assets reporting

To qualify for this role as a Private Assets Business Analyst, you possess the following:-

  • Solid domain expertise in Private Assets including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, and Real Estate

  • Quick grasp of complex investment structures and operational workflows

  • Experience in eFront, Aladdin, and/or iLevel preferred

  • Proficiency in data analysis and system-driven reporting

  • Strong communication and issue escalation skills
