Team Head of Non-Bank Financial Institutions
Overview: My client is a renowned international bank in Hong Kong, and the FIG department is looking for a Team Head for the Non-Bank team, to expand the institutional business in Greater China.
Your New Role: - Manage the team for the daily marketing of new customer and conduct various businesses development for the department.
- Lead the team to meet targeted KPI.
- To develop and maintain the portfolio of Chinese and foreign non-bank financial institutions including securities company, investment bank, funds, asset managers, leasing company, etc. and to drive the total revenue of deposits and loans.
- Promote cross selling of various financial products among institutions, including financial market, asset management, investment, securities, ETF, custody products
What you'll need to succeed: - Finance / Business related bachelor or above backgrounds
- Min 10 years of working experience in relationship management with focus of Financial Institutions coverage, with a stable working history
- Have a deep understanding of financial institution clients with solid relationships foundations
- Familiar with payments, financial markets, capital markets, trade finance and custody products and others, good risk management mindset.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (both verbal and written)
