My client is an MNC Insurance, sitting under IT and Digital team and is currently working on various transformation.
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex initiatives across the Digital divisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define business needs and deliver solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Partner with IT and business teams to implement solutions
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Support product managers in defining KPIs and success metrics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of POS, insurance end to end process
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
