Senior Fund Administrator

A leading fund services provider is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Fund Administrator to join its team in Hong Kong. This role focuses on alternative investment funds and involves reviewing fund valuations, ensuring accuracy in NAV calculations, and coordinating audits.

Executive Access - Hong Kong - Full time

Salary: negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate daily/monthly NAV calculations for alternative investment funds
  • Perform cash and position reconciliations across custodians and prime brokers
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for financial reporting and audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and operational procedures
  • Act as a checker for fund accounting outputs and Geneva-based valuations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the Geneva fund accounting system
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fund accounting or fund valuation review
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation, NAV review, and audit coordination
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (e.g., hedge funds, private equity) preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus
