As a Secretary, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate logistics for high-level internal meetings, including liaising with executive assistants and arranging travel and accommodations.
- Manage and maintain schedules, records, and meeting documentation across digital platforms and internal databases.
- Upload and organize materials for senior leadership meetings and internal collaboration tools.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior team members, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and general office management.
- Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, and cross-functional collaboration on administrative tasks.
- Support team-wide communications, internal reporting, and documentation across departments and business units.
- Contribute to broader organizational projects and events as needed.
To qualify for this role as a Secretary, you possess the following:-
- Degree holder in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate administrative support role.
- Proficient in document and data management systems and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within a team.
- A proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
