Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end investment process, encompassing ideal sourcing, due diligence, legal documentation, and portfolio management;
- Drive ideal sourcing initiatives through thematic research and partnership development;
- Supervise team members in providing appropriate investment advice;
- Combine in depth knowledge of alternative investments and traditional asset management services to optimize client service and cross-marketing opportunities;
- Oversee deal negotiation, structuring and documentation;
- Prepare investment recommendations and reports based on comprehensive research and analysis;
- Monitor the performance and risk characteristics of exiting investment projects;
- Identify any potential issues or changes that may impact investment performance and the companys reputation;
- Follow standard procedures and ensure compliance on regulatory requirements within the company;
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Finance, Economics or related fields;
- 5 years or above experience as an investment professional within PE fund of funds, alternative investment, asset management firm, or investment bank;
- Possess extensive market knowledge across all asset classes and experience in servicing clients;
- Deep understanding of PE fund strategies, investment techniques, and risk management practices;
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and financing modeling;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data;
- Possess relevant SFC licenses, CFA or CAIA preferred;
- Self-driven, detail-oriented professional with effective communication and personal skills;
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
