So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on. About the Role Plan and drive Proposition & Healthcare communication strategies and thought leadership to build profile for AIA Hong Kong's Proposition & Healthcare to internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement internal and external communication plans that promote Propositions & Healthcare to various stakeholders, including employee, distribution partners, customers and media.
- Plan and develop key messages for Proposition & Healthcare goals and align with other stakeholders to ensure all important messages are effectively communicated.
- Develop speech writing for C-suites in preparing for communication events, including syndication with stakeholders and logistic preparations to ensure compelling stories are delivered.
- Work closely with Marketing function including Corporate Communications team to ensure implementation of various PR initiatives as planned to promote Propositions & Healthcare and consistent messaging across all channels
- Lead the development and rollout of agency and employee communications for Proposition & Healthcare function that are effectively deployed across all internal channels.
Minimum Job Requirements: - Degree holder, preferably Major in Communications, Journalism or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in financial service sector. Experience with a fast-faced, matrix organization preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry, including its products, services and regulatory environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English languages with track record of writing corporate materials and content.
- Possesses a strategic, analytical, innovative and highly motivated mindset
- Committed to teamwork and the pursuit of excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Computer literate in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
