About the role: You will be expected to provide front-office production support primarily to Equity Trading and Portfolio Management
business users. This role is crucial in supporting the global investment management process across Equity, Multi-Asset, Fixed Income, and FX systems.
Job duty: - Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to analyze and resolve issues related to third-party and in-house portfolio management and trading systems.
- Deliver daily application-level support for production incidents.
- Maintain vigilant oversight of the production environment, adhering to all protocols concerning production changes throughout the day.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all escalations related to Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, and FX Technology.
Job requirement: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of Financial Services experience preferably in a Trading or Asset Management environment
- Working knowledge of securities industry systems & terminology (Equities | Fixed Income | Multi-Asset | FX)
- is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with FIX certification & troubleshooting preferred
- Working Knowledge of SQL & Relational Databases (MS SQL & Sybase)
- Demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Manages incident resolution, ensuring proper escalation and follow-up with clients.
- Experience with supporting execution and order management systems.
- Understanding of trading life cycle.
