About The Role As a Datacenter Operation Manager, you will be managing our client's datacenter in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities - Supervise and mentor a team of Operation Engineers, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee daily operations and monitoring of Data house centres in Hong Kong.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and uphold customer commitments.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Telco or ICT companies
- Strong knowledge of data centre operations, cabling, and facilities management.
- Familiarity with data centre accessories (e.g., server racks, PDUs) and TCP/IP services (DNS, Mail, LDAP).
- Professional certifications in data centre management are a plus.
- No shift duty required
