Responsibilities - Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application teams across Business Units to understand architectures and propose cloud-based monitoring solutions.
- Configure data ingestion for logs, metrics, and APM across various cloud resources.
- Develop ingestion pipelines and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Manage the Elastic Cloud platform to ensure a resilient, secure, and scalable monitoring solution.
- Implement cloud infrastructure using IaC and CI/CD tools, with automated monitoring and alerting.
Role Requirements - Bachelor of Science degree / High Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering or Cloud Computing
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in cloud engineering
- 1+ years of experience in cloud automation/ orchestration/ monitoring technology
- Knowledge of Elastic Cloud or Amazon OpenSearch is a plus
- Possession of AWS / Azure Cloud Certificates
- Strong hand-on experience in design and deploy secure cloud environment
- Strong hand-on experience in cloud and on-premises network and security practice
- Solid understanding in features and capabilities of AWS/Azure Cloud platform
- Knowledge of container technologies e.g. Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, etc.
- Knowledge with cloud native backup and recovery solution
- Excellent communication and written skill including Chinese and English
