Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day accounting operations and bookkeeping
- Responsible for the reconciliation and posting of investment assets and insurance business transactions
- Maintain liquidity measurement templates and monitor liquidity risks for the company and sub-accounts
- Assist with the preparation, reconciliation, and submission of quarterly/annual RBC reports, and monitor solvency risks for the company and sub-accounts
- Assist with the analysis and reporting of financial results, and prepare various internal and external reporting materials
- Assist with the conduct of corporate rating exercises and prepare rating materials
- Collaborate on the implementation of corporate financial automation projects
- Participate in annual budget preparation
- Assist with annual audit
Experience and Qualifications:
- 4 years or more of work experience
- proficient in insurance or reinsurance business models and operational models
- experienced in financial and project matters related to insurance companies
- proficient in Hong Kong insurance regulatory rules
- Proficient in IFRS 17
- Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Excel
- Self-motivated, independent, details oreinted and well-organize
- Good command in written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Familiar with accounting system - Oracle is preferred
