OSL is seeking an experienced Store Manager to establish and lead our first physical flagship retail presence in Hong Kong. This strategic role will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and premium service delivery through our innovative crypto trading platform. The ideal candidate will combine retail leadership with financial services expertise to create an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership:
- Develop and execute the flagship store's business strategy to achieve customer acquisition targets and brand awareness objectives
- Manage end-to-end store operations including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with financial regulations
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize store performance
Customer Experience:
- Create a premium service environment for both walk-in clients and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
- Implement effective customer onboarding processes for crypto trading services
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with deep product knowledge
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of crypto relationship managers and customer service staff
- Foster a customer-centric culture through coaching and performance management
Marketing & Partnerships:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store campaigns and promotional events
- Develop local partnerships to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition channels
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in retail banking/wealth management or premium retail management
- Strong understanding of financial products; crypto/Web3 knowledge preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams
- Outstanding communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Relevant licenses for financial services preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree and above is preferred
