Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Responsible Officer (RO) under the Insurance Authority, overseeing regulated activities and ensuring the implementation comply with the Insurance Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
  • Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the insurance business, developing sales strategies and distribution channels to achieve business goals.
  • Identify the needs and expectations of key partners to unlock business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Supervise business operations, including the development, review, and monitoring of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the insurance portfolio.
  • Design and drive the annual business plan based on industry trends and business dynamics.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related discipline.
  • Successfully passed all relevant papers of the Insurance Intermediaries Quality Examination.
  • At least 8 years of experience in insurance sales management and business development.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to influence and develop sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, sales acumen, and customer-centric approach, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of business acumen, self-motivation, and agility to navigate challenges effectively.
