About the role

This high-impact role blends market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning to influence business direction and deliver integrated healthcare solutions. Previous insurance strategy or consulting backgrounds is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of holistic proposition and integrated healthcare strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to generate insights that inform proposition and healthcare planning.
  • Drive strategic initiative planning, including business case development and cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor implementation progress, track KPIs, and ensure governance across teams.
  • Support in strategic planning, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee performance tracking and reporting, driving automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage functional operations including budgeting, planning, and internal events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in actuarial science, finance, or a related insurance discipline.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry; consulting background is a definite advantage.
  • Proven experience in strategy formulation or a strategy-oriented role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct robust quantitative analysis for data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
  • Effective stakeholder management and executive engagement capabilities.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
