Your new company A well-established digital payment firm is seeking a Receptionist and Administrator to join their team.
Your new role
Answering and routing phone calls.
Monitoring and restocking office and pantry items.
Helping coordinate staff events.
Responding swiftly to building service or maintenance issues.
Assisting with office seating or workspace adjustments.
Carrying out regular office and facility walkthroughs.
Preparing routine reports for leadership.
Partnering with finance for invoice handling.
Assisting with budget tracking and planning.
Assessing the performance of service providers.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree or similar qualification
At least 3 years' solid experience in office admin and support roles in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational abilities and a proactive, customer-focused attitude
Strong eye for detail and accuracy with paperwork and admin tasks
Good command of PC skills, especially on Windows and MS Office
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Immediate availability is preferred.
