Your new company Our business partner is a well-established bank who are now seeking a senior Corporate Sales-SVP/Director in Global Markets to support the growth of their team and cater to the needs of China Corporates portfolio.
Your new role As a key member of the team, you will:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market share growth across corporate clients, etc.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their investment needs and objectives.
- Maintain deep knowledge of global market trends, products, and services to offer relevant insights and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with product specialists, trading desks, and research teams to provide comprehensive service and support to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during all sales processes.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have at least 12 years of relevant experience in treasury markets with a proven track record in corporate sales & treasury marketing. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese is required. Relevant product knowledge is a must, and you will also have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and different stakeholders. Experience working in international banks and institutions will be greatly advantageous.
