About the Client
Our client is a leading global financial services organization with a strong APAC presence. They foster innovation through Agile practices and invest in employee development.
Role Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and remove team impediments
Coach teams on Agile best practices and maturity growth
Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and deliver business outcomes
Manage cross-team dependencies through Scrum of Scrums
Ensure project compliance with governance standards
Role Requirements
5+ years as a Scrum Master with Agile certifications (PSM/CSM preferred)
Expert in Jira/Confluence; financial/insurance experience a plus
Strong facilitator with ability to teach Agile principles
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proactive problem-solver with stakeholder management skills
