Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network to drive growth and expand our service offerings.
• Strategic Insight: Lead the development of innovative strategies and solutions tailored to client needs, utilising deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise.
• Project Leadership: Oversee complex consulting engagements, managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to the firms intellectual capital by developing insights, frameworks, and best practices that enhance our consulting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree (MBA preferred) from a top-tier institution; additional certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful client engagements.
• Established network of relationships within relevant industries, demonstrating the ability to leverage connections for business development.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and strategic frameworks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and driving collaborative efforts.
