Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Business Analyst to support front-to-back business enablement projects across multiple asset classes (Equities, Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and IT.
  • Analyze message flows and develop/maintain data models to support new business and products.
  • Define messaging and persistence standards across asset classes.
  • Establish rules-based data contracts, perform root cause analysis on violations, and coordinate fixes with system owners.
  • Document and communicate models to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Drive projects involving transactional data (Orders, Fills, Trade Reports) across front-to-back systems.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience in capital markets (Front/Middle Office systems).
  • Strong logical data modeling skills for trade representation/storage.
  • Experience with FIX protocol and ER diagramming is preferred
  • Knowledge of DB2, Greenplum, or kdb is preferred
  • Knowledge in SQL
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in asset-class (e.g., Equities, Listed Derivatives).
