Role Description Main responsibility will be new business acquisition and marketing / promotion of Nomura's Wealth Planning Solutions (WPS) offerings. Other responsibilities include support in the trust relationship management.
Responsibilities - Participate in strategic development of WPS platform from marketing and compliance perspectives
- All marketing and promotional activities in relation to three main solutions by WPS, viz trust, insurance referrals, and single family office setup in Singapore
- Collaborate with RMs to solve for clients' various requirements in the space of wealth planning
- Meet with and prepare proposals for prospective clients
- Follow through with prospecting till completion
- Assist Nomura trust company in liaison work with existing clients
- Collaborate with insurance intermediaries in relation to insurance referral activities
- Arrange trainings and events in relation to trust, insurance referrals, & SFO
- Collaborate with advisors when assisting clients in setting up SFO in Singapore
- Prepare business reports on a regular basis
- Any other job duties which the supervisor may delegate from time to time
Requirements - Degree in law, accounting, tax or finance.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Ideally someone within business development and marketing environment with knowledge in trust, fiduciary, insurance, legal or accountancy environment.
- Candidate must be familiar with trust and insurance referral concepts and able to provide financial planning and structuring ideas.
- Team-player with good interpersonal, communication, and client interfacing skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work in an environment of diverse client base
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
