Marketing Research & Strategy, Manager (1-year contract)
Your new role
- Examine qualitative and quantitative customer data from various sources (e.g., customer surveys, social media buzz) to identify trends, sentiments, and opportunities for enhancing customer experience.
- Create weekly and monthly reports to convey insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Assist in setting up and monitoring customer surveys and managing the feedback loop, including transactional customer satisfaction surveys, to deepen customer engagement and promote customer-centricity.
- Oversee the customer dashboard and collaborate regularly with the development team to improve its usability and utilisation by internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in customer experience, market research, or consulting.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and CX metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT).
